We are pleased to announce that the 58th Annual Conference of the Japanese Academy of Budo for the 2025 academic year will be held as outlined below.
We understand that this is a busy time for everyone, but we sincerely hope that you will consider presenting and participating in the conference.

Conference Overview
Venue: Hosei University, Tama Campus
Dates: Saturday, August 30 – Sunday, August 31, 2025
Presentation Formats:

Oral Presentations (Humanities & Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Budo Instruction Methods)

Poster Presentations

Application Schedule
The schedule for conference participation, presentation registration, and abstract submission is as follows:

March 15: Conference website launch and announcement

April 1: Presentation title and participant registration begins
(Participation-only registration will remain open until the day of the conference)

April 30: Deadline for presentation title submissions

May 1: Abstract submission begins

May 28: Abstract submission deadline (Required for all presenters)

July 1: Presentation material submission begins (Only for applicable presenters)

August 6: Presentation material submission deadline

Please note: All deadlines are approximately one month earlier than last year.
